What's your processing time policy?

As a small business, we do our best to get you your orders as soon as possible! That being said, we're unable to guarantee same day processing. Our policy is to ship all orders within 3 business days, excluding holidays. This processing time excludes pre-orders.

What's your return/exchange policy?

United States

We offer free returns for qualifying orders within 30 days of delivery. We don't offer exchanges at this time.

Nose jewelry is ineligible for returns for hygienic reasons. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a solution. 

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

  • No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, and must be returned as a complete set.

To initiate a return, please email us (see the 'Contact Us' page) with your order number and reason for the return. If there's any issue with your order, please feel free to contact us. 

Canada, United Kingdom

We currently do not accept returns from Canada or the UK. However, if you have any dissatisfaction with your jewelry, please reach out to us (see the 'Contact Us' page) with your order number and we will work with you to find a solution. 

How can I track my order?

When your order has shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number.

Can I cancel or update my order?

You can email us (see the 'Contact Us' page) if your order has not shipped yet. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or update it. 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US, the UK, and Canada, but we're working on expanding where we ship to. 

I live in Canada/the UK, will I be hit with any unexpected duties or fees after my purchase?

We use DDP labels, which means all fees are paid and managed during checkout. You will not receive any additional fees later.

Who do you collaborate with creatively?

How do I care for my jewelry?

We use high quality metal in our jewelry, but anything that isn't pure gold runs the risk of tarnishing over time. To prolong the life of your jewelry, store in a cool, dry place when not wearing it and avoid contact with water, lotion, and other cosmetics when you can. Regular maintenance of your pieces such as cleaning and polishing can go a long way to extend its original shine!

Our silver jewelry is oxidized 925 sterling silver. It is high quality, but even high quality silver is susceptible to tarnishing! Similar to our gold pieces, store in a cool, dry place when not wearing. Silver tarnish can easily be reversed with cleaning (such as with baking soda) and polishing.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! We use gold vermeil (which is a thick layer--2.5 microns--of 18k gold over 925 sterling silver) and oxidized 925 sterling silver, which are both hypoallergenic materials. One of our own cofounders is allergic to low quality metals, so it was important for us to ensure our jewelry would be safe for all to wear.
